Our products are fragile and, unfortunately, there are cases when the postal service breaks the contents of the parcels. In this case, you do not need to refuse at the branch - feel free to check at home. If your order arrived broken, take a photo of the package, send us a photo and we will refund you or make a replacement at our expense. We promise to pack securely and well. We do not use bubble wrap and foam, instead we fill the boxes with fragrant hay from the Carpathian steppes, hand-sign each box and decorate it with a bunch of mountain flowers.
If for some reason the product did not suit you, we can make a replacement (at the expense of the recipient) or refund the money. To do this, contact us no later than 14 days after receipt.
We do not accept returns if:

The goods are made according to the order of the buyer (the initials, dates and images proposed by the buyer are placed on the goods; the goods are made according to the individual measurements of the buyer, etc.)
